Peanut Cottage is a light, bright and beautifully cosy one-bedroom retreat for two. With countryside views, a private enclosed courtyard, direct access to the shared paddock and its own two-seater hot tub, it is perfect for couples looking for a peaceful, genuinely dog-friendly escape.

The peaceful bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage, including a double wardrobe with drawers and a separate chest of drawers. Wake to lovely views over Peanut’s private courtyard and across the surrounding fields.
The modern shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel radiator, shaver point, hand basin and useful cupboard storage.
Peanut’s kitchen, dining and living areas are arranged in one bright, sociable open-plan space. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker with induction hob, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, 50/50 fridge-freezer and toaster.
Settle down together in the comfortable lounge, where a large Smart TV and free unlimited superfast Wi-Fi make relaxed evenings easy.
Step outside into Peanut’s spacious private courtyard, with comfortable seating, a small grassed area and direct gated access to the paddock.
The courtyard is fully enclosed. It has 3ft stock fencing with additional coated mesh for smaller escape artists, 3ft solid boarded fencing beside the paddock and 5ft solid wooden fencing along the third side.
Peanut also has its own private two-seater hot tub—perfect for sinking into the warm bubbles after a day at the beach or exploring the Norfolk countryside.
The Paddock
Peanut has direct access from its courtyard into our shared enclosed paddock. The paddock has post-and-rail and stock fencing, with additional wire mesh around the lower section.
There is no passing traffic other than occasional access to the farm at the end of the track. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that only one cottage uses the paddock at a time unless guests have spoken and are confident that their dogs are happy to mingle.
